WAJO - Usai Bupati Wajo, kini giliran Wakil Bupati Wajo, dr Baso Rahmanuddin kunjungi tenan UMKM di Wajo Ramadan Expo (WARE) 2026, Lapangan Merdeka Sengkang, Rabu (25/2/2026) malam.
Dalam kunjungan itu, dr Baso Rahmanuddin tampak mengelilingi hampir semua tenan UMKM bahkan dirinya turut mendukung perputaran ekonomi dengan berbelanja berbagai macam produk.
dr Baso bahkan membeli sarung merk BHS seharga Rp950 ribu. Tak hanya itu, sejumlah produk UMKM dibeli, seperti Es Cincau, Dimsum, berbagai makanan ringan, hingga kaos.
"Alhamdulillah hari ini berkesempatan mengunjungi kegiatan yang luar biasa di Wajo Ramadhan Expo (WARE) 2026. Ini langkah bagaimana sektor ekonomi masyarakat kita berputar dan meningkat," ujarnya kepada awak media.
DBR sapannya juga takjub akan antusias masyarakat yang berkunjung ke pameran ramadan ini.
"Sangat luar biasa antusiasnya masyarakat. Tentu kami dari pemerintah daerah berkomitmen mendukung segala bentuk kegiatan yang menopang kepentingan ekonomi masyarakat," tuturnya.
Pada kesempatan itu, Wakil Bupati Wajo tampak hadir bersama Ketua DPRD Soppeng, Andi Muhammad Farid.
Hadir pula Panglima Laskar Ayam Jantan (LAJ) Daeng Uki. Mereka tampak serius nonton bareng pertandingan PSM vs Persebaya di lokasi.
"Ini momen yang sangat spesial, banyak tokoh yang berkumpul di sini. Selain karena kegiatan WARE, tentu dirangkaikan dengan nonton bareng PSM melawan Persebaya," tuturnya.
"Semoga hari ini kita semua mendapatkan berkah, dan tentu hasil terbaik bagi PSM," sambungnya.
