Bekasi — Kedatangan Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto di SMPN 4 Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Senin (17/11) disambut meriah oleh siswa-siswi dan warga setempat. Penampilan marching band dari para siswa SMPN 4 Kota Bekasi ikut menyemarakkan suasana.
Prabowo yang mengenakan safari cokelat dan peci hitam itu tiba di lokasi pada pukul 10.44 WIB. Dia disapa para warga yang sudah menanti sejak pagi di jalan menuju sekolah.
“Pak Prabowo, Pak Presiden,” seru para warga sembari mengulurkan tangan mereka, berharap bisa bersalaman dengan Presiden.
Prabowo pun menyapa warga melalui sunroof atau panel atap mobil Maung Garuda yang ia naiki.
Sesekali Prabowo tampak melemparkan salam hormat dan senyum kepada warga yang sangat antusias menyambutnya.
Sesampainya di depan gerbang SMPN 4 Kota Bekasi, sambutan untuk Prabowo semakin gemuruh. Para siswa dan guru tak sabar berjumpa secara langsung dengan orang nomor 1 di Indonesia itu.
Penampilan marching band pun mengiringi kedatangan Prabowo pagi itu. Presiden terpukau dan sempat berhenti sejenak di hadapan mayoret yang menjadi pemimpin marching band.
Kehadiran Prabowo di SMPN 4 Kota Bekasi hari ini dalam rangka peluncuran dan peresmian program Digitalisasi Pembelajaran Untuk Indonesia Cerdas menggunakan PID (Papan Interaktif Digital). Hal ini merupakan realisasi dari visi Prabowo guna mewujudkan pendidikan bermutu.
