WAJO - Bupati Wajo, Andi Rosman terima kunjungan PT Energy Equity Epic Sengkang (EEES) dan Satuan Kerja Khusus (SKK) Migas Perwakilan Kalimantan-Sulawesi di Ruang Kerja Bupati, Rabu (10/11/2025).
Pertemuan tersebut guna membahas soal rencana survei dalam mencari potensi sumur gas baru. Dimana, Andi Rosman tampak didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Armayani dan Kepala Bappelitbangda Wajo, Muhammad Ilyas.
Bupati Andi Rosman mengaku mendukung langkah survei pencarian gas baru tapi dengan syarat dan lain hal
"Kami tetap dukung tapi dengan harapan perusahaan mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat sekitar, termasuk infrastruktur jalan," tegas Andi Rosman.
Adapun langkah survei di beberapa lokasi meliputi Kecamatan Tempe, Pammana, Tanasitolo, Majauleng, Penrang dan Bola.
Lokasi itu, nantinya akan disurvei dan dicari potensi sumur gas baru.
Di sisi lain, PT EEES meminta agar Pemkab Wajo memberi fasilitas dalam rencana survei yang bakal melintasi, termasuk eks ornamen di Kecamatan Majauleng.
"Kalau bisa Pemkab Wajo memfasilitasi rencana survei di beberapa lokasi, termasuk Eks ornamen di Majauleng. Bantu kami komunikasikan dengan Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pompengan-Jeneberang," pintanya.
